Hey, everyone. This week, we’re going to talk more about money. Last time we discussed some signs that you might have an unstable relationship with your money. This week, I’m going to give you some ways you can start to flip that narrative and begin to see money in a positive light.
I’m a big believer that money is for everybody. Maybe that goes against the principles of economics, but I truly do believe it. It’s a frequency you tap into. I’ve experienced it myself, and today, I want to tell you how you can experience it, too. Here are four ways you can begin to manifest more money in your life.
My first powerful tip to manifest more money? You need to recognize that money is actually a form of energy.
This can feel a bit abstract to grasp onto, but it’s true. At its core, when you break money down to its most basic parts, it’s all energy…and if you try, you can tap into that energy to manifest more money into your life.
The vibe of money isn’t restriction and scarcity. It’s freedom. And if you can connect to its actual energy and frequency, you become attractive to more of it, as opposed to if you try to connect to what you think it is.
If you’re focused on money in the physical sense—as in, you only pay attention to how much you have on you right now—you’re never going to be able to manifest more money from that point. You can’t move forward if your eyes are always focused on what you have in your hands.
How many stories have you heard about immigrants who came here with ten dollars in their pocket, built a business, and eventually became wealthy? Imagine if those people had focused on the ten dollars in their pocket as opposed to their vision and their dream. They never would have grown into what they are now, and the same is true for you.
Remember how I talked last time about putting respect on money’s name? This is what it looks like to do that. Talking bad about how much you have is never going to manifest more money into your life; in fact, it’s going to repel it. You know what helps you manifest more money? Gratitude.
Now, not so fast—I’m sure you’re already planning to try the usual methods for a gratitude mindset. I’ve spoken about gratitude lists previously, and I’m not knocking them—they’re a great way to connect to an attitude of gratitude. I love them. But here’s the deal: a lot of people use gratitude as a means to an end. They set up their lists and immediately expect money to drop out of the sky. That’s not gratitude…that’s manipulation, and that’s not what we want to do. Manipulation and abundance do not mix. Instead, this is about being actively grateful for the things that we already have.
It’s easy to miss all the little ways abundance shows up in our everyday lives. Let me give you an example: I recently went to one of my favorite little coffee shops here in the Bay Area, and I got this incredible coffee drink I love. Believe it or not, that’s an example of abundance. It may seem so small, but I don’t know how to make that drink myself. I don’t have that skill in my tool kit, but do you know what I do have? Five dollars in my pocket. I can take that money and have someone make this gourmet iced coffee for me, and it makes my whole day.
That’s abundance: being able to afford moments of joy, no matter how small. Everyday abundance looks like being able to open your fridge and see food waiting for you. It looks like being able to buy a delicious coffee. It looks like being able to afford your favorite food at the grocery store. But in spite of having access to such abundance every single day, we still love to sing this song of claiming we don’t have enough. We willfully ignore the money we do have and all the wonderful things it does for us. Does that sound like a good way to manifest more money into your life? I don’t think it does.
Like I just said, abundance can show up in many ways in our lives. It’s not just us being able to buy ourselves things—sometimes it looks like us being able to be the hand of abundance in someone else’s life, too. Abundance can look like a friend giving you a gift, your bills being a bit lower than the month before, or maybe even being able to do something nice for someone you love. Learning to recognize abundance in the small things will help you realize just how often it comes into your life, even when you don’t know it. Generosity is abundance, too; this plays into tuning into the frequency of freedom to manifest more money.
Fair warning: this last tip to manifest more money may be triggering to you, but that’s all right. Triggers are good. They help us recognize areas where we need to grow in order to access our next evolution.
Here’s my last tip to manifest more money: pay attention to how you view and speak about people who have money.
If you want to be someone who can manifest more money into your life, and wealth is a goal of yours, you cannot turn a scornful eye on people who already have it. By saying terrible things about wealthy people, you are literally blocking yourself from being able to manifest more money.
If you truly believe people with money are somehow fundamentally bad, then it’s likely that there’s something in you resisting the wealth you claim to want. You can’t hold space for both desire and disdain. If you find yourself speaking poorly about those with money, it’s telling you more about what’s happening in your unconscious mind than you might care to acknowledge.

That last way to manifest more money is especially important. If you fear becoming like people with the things that you want, why would you let yourself manifest and experience something you fear?
Money matters go deep. When you do ego work and shadow work and manifestation work around money, you discover a lot about yourself and what you feel you’re truly worthy of.
That’s why money feels so personal to us, because there’s a relation there to how we feel about our worthiness—not our actual worthiness, but our perceived worthiness.
Take the time to sit with that. Let yourself feel what you feel, then begin making a plan to move past it, starting with these four tips: recognize that money is energy, and start connecting to that frequency. Make a conscious effort to have genuine gratitude about what money actually does for you in your life. Be receptive to all the ways in which abundance is already coming into your life and recognize it all as the same. Lastly, reframe how you see people who do have wealth.
I could talk about money for days, but I’m going to cut it off here. I hope this has really inspired you to rework the way you think about manifesting more money, honey! Thanks for reading, and I’ll see you again next time.
