My 1:1 coaching containers are where we go DEEP– where your depth + expansion meet and merge. Where I both meet you in your deepest levels of vulnerability, and hold you to the potential I know you’re capable of. 

My coaching style is truly a dual experience in that I know when to hold space and when to call you to rise. And in my experience, this has led my clients to wild levels of GROWTH and transformation.

My style of coaching involves: reflecting blindspots, masculine + feminine energy, shadow work, ego work, vulnerability, directness + honesty, and reflecting your power + potential, manifestation, and limiting belief work

You’re NOT ready to commit to yourself emotionally, mentally, physically– alllll of the things
You are NOT ready to invest in yourself
You are unwilling to take accountability and responsibility for where you currently are and where you want to be
you are NOT self-motivated when it comes to receiving coaching + mentorship
You do not have a desire to EXPAND beyond your current limiting beliefs
